Self-exclusion requests made through an Operator platform must be directed to the Operator directly. pkrsl can provide guidance on this process but cannot action Operator-side exclusions on the User's behalf.
Upon termination of an account — whether by pkrsl or the User — all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights and governing law) shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or connected to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrsl is incorporated or registered. Where applicable law permits, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
For Users located in Pakistan: these Terms do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction and do not imply that pkrsl's operations are licensed or regulated under Pakistani law. Pakistani Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any successor legislation.
